I am really enjoying this body mousse – it’s nicely emollient and leaves my skin feeling silky. The fact that it’s a mousse is more of a ‘fun factor’ thing but what draws me to it is the inclusion of milk proteins which have a mild exfoliating effect on the skin which in turn makes it feel smoother. I literally know nothing about what egg extracts do for skin (other than at the back of my mind some gloopy home-made egg face masks) and I’ve never sought something out on the basis of that ingredient. However, the formula leaves a light, soft barrier on my skin that keeps it feeling hydrated and flexible with a very light generically floral scent.
Once you’ve worked in the mousse, it turns to a light oil feeling texture, but there’s no residue at all – an easy win if you’re sliding into jeans straight after. BeautyMart has this on sale for £14 compared to the £20 mark everywhere else I’ve looked. It’s HERE.
