The Body Shop Spa of The World Duo

[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad/prioradrelationship] I hadn’t opened this box until a couple of days ago because I’ve been spreading out my TBS posts so I didn’t really know what was inside (I know the word duo should have given me a clue but it passed me by) so was really surprised by the supersize contents.

The Body Shop Spa of The World Duo

Definitely one for on-line ordering because you would not want this in your shopping bag. It’s kind of door-stop weight. African Ximenia Scrub is beautiful – if you don’t know what Ximenia is (which I didn’t), it’s a kind of plum bush, sometimes known as Wild Lime or English Olive (plant names are so strange!) or even Sea Lemon and despite all these names, has an almond-ish fragrance. Japanese Camellia Cream needs less explanation I am sure, but it’s the perfect, sumptuous accompaniment to Ximenia in achieving soft and silky skin. I’m a big fan of TBS body products – they consistently perform well – often far above their price-points in my view.

The jars are 350ml each – £25 to buy individually – but the set is £40 so there is a saving of £10 HERE, non-affiliate HERE. Everything about this focuses on pampering – the illustrations are so evocative of bathing and relaxing amongst chaos and I imagine represents all of us!
