I actually can’t remember which brand has just produced a spray that looks like a squeezy tube but Soap & Glory has just done the same. These are particularly mind bending because it just doesn’t look like the thing you expect it to be! I will say that I think it’s more of a ‘spray’ than a mist.
I don’t think this is the moisturiser if you have very dry skin – I’d say it’s more of a light to mid weight but it certainly does leave skin silky feeling and fragranced. The scent is rose and bergamot although if I’d been blindfolded and having to guess, I’m not sure how many hours would pass before I guessed that combination! But, it’s certainly not horrid – a sort of floral based skin scent; not too sweet.
One of the sells is ‘micronised liquid-shea butter oil technology’ – basically (I think) watery shea in a sprayable format. It’s also got jojoba, sweet almond and coconut oils so I’m not sure quite how much the shea plays a part. The ‘sugar cane juice’ element that is supposed to lock in moisture really isn’t apparent at all.. it’s pretty much like any other light moisturiser.
I like it, I think it’s fun and it does the job with a fresh fragrance and fast absorption. I put this as a morning body moisturiser because you can just apply and fly. It hasn’t quite made it onto the Boots website yet, but most of the body products are around the £10 mark.
