[unpaid/sample/ad/affiliate] Some people swear by sleep mists and I know the power of aromatherapy can work (AA Deep Relax for one) really well but this product is trying to do a lot of things at once. Not only helping you to drop off but also (you spritz on your face) contains hyaluronic, has blue light protection (why are you looking when you’re supposed to be sleeping?), cell renewing extracts and the ability to revitalize tired skin so you wake up radiant. Really?

Sanctuary Spa Sleep Mist

I will say that it’s properly misting – no rogue fat droplets or squirts – and once it’s on your skin it settles to a softening and hydrating film that is lovely. The fragrance (jasmine, patchouli & frankincense) only really lasts a few moments but perhaps that’s enough for some and I could quite see myself keeping this at my bedside and having a little spritz before sleep. I’ve tested it a couple of times and can’t say I fell asleep ‘faster and for longer’ but the olfactory element, at such small quantity, relies on routine and repetition before your brain makes the association. It seems like a win either way – either it helps you sleep and you’ll feel better for it, or it won’t but you will like the sensation of the hyaluronic on your complexion. I’ve found it with 20% off HERE making it £9.60 instead of £12. Non-affiliate HERE.
