[unpaid/sample] More patches! These patches, from accupuncturist Ross J Barr, have been a continuous sell out since their launch. A first run sell out is one thing, but when it just keeps happening, that’s more of a testament to the product than anything else.

Ross J Barr Healing Patches

I’m lucky that I don’t have many aches and pains at the moment, but a continual spot of irritation is my neck. Unsurprisingly, I suppose, since being at my lap top or on my phone is how I spend 75% of my day. It’s greatly improved by yoga and I haven’t been to the osteopath for about a year (I used to have to go every three months at a minimum to get ‘un-clicked’) thanks to it. But, more often than not, by the end of the day that familiar ache at the base and mild headache is there. The patches are infused with a blend of menthol, camphor, cinnamon and clove and warm up on the skin. It’s the difference between a lingering mild pain and one that eases away.

I haven’t had any more serious pain to try them on than that (knowing my luck I’ll immediately get one by falling over the Christmas tree or something..) but their praises are sung across the entire internet if you Google. At £15 for five patches, they’re maybe not for daily use because that soon adds up, but for a few days off from a niggle, I’d highly recommend. Lucy’s tried them too and they soothed out her shoulder pain (she got hit by a van a couple of years ago and has a low grade aches as a result of it) so it’s a thumbs up all round. They can be used for period pain and muscle pain too. Find them HERE.
