There’s not much that makes me happier than something to put in a bath. It’s just so undemanding and instantly encouraging to pamper and relax so when these arrived I was delighted. I love bath salts, and magnesium salts in particular – I take a magnesium supplement (I’ve run out) usually because I’m a big believer in it as a sleep aid and also for aches and pains. I can’t say that taking a supplement deals with those aches in the same way a lovely, long steep in a hot bath does, so this is really a treat for days where you’ve been on your feet all day and haven’t had a moment for yourself.
They’re lovely big, fat flakes as well – not that it makes any difference to performance but it’s oddly satisfying to have those chunky shards in your hand.
As you can see, there’s also a Magnesium Spray at a decent concentrate (30%), again indicated for stress relief, sleep and aches and pains – oh, and headaches. However, I have never known a magnesium spray to be even close to as satisfying as a bath so I’d take the flakes before this a million times over. The flakes are £28 and the spray is £15 – both will be available at SpaceNK in the next week or so.

I’d be prepared to put money down to bet that you won’t have experienced a skin care texture like this before...
