Refresh Cowshed Alcohol Hand Spray

[unpaid/purchase/affiliate] Lucy accidentally discovered this spray – a friend of hers had it and she liked it so much she ordered us both a bottle. She had raved about it and I’d no idea what could be so good about it but it’s the nicest smelling alcohol spray I’ve come across.

Cowshed Hand Spray

I don’t know why they don’t call it a sanitizer – it’s in line with WHO guidelines – I can’t really see any reason as alcohol is the first ingredient. Anyway, that aside it is just such a lovely scent. It’s a grapefruit and lavender essential oil blend which, after the initial alcohol blast, settles to a warm and very more-ish aroma that to my nose is a little bit tropical. It’s certainly not ‘fresh’ which is strange, given the name, Refresh, but perhaps its the use of petitgrain that gives it more of a woody backdrop that rounds it all up into a soothing smell that I keep noticing whenever my hands are near my face. It’s a nice, accidental find that’s an upgrade on your day to day gels. You can get it HERE, non-affiliate HERE.  It’s £9.

Have you tried the Connock London hand sanitiser spray? That smells amazing and doesn’t leave hands dry/shrivelled – due to kukui oil I guess
This Cowshed one sounds lovely too
