Rabot 1745 Avocado & Sour Orange Hand Scrub 1

[productsample] I can’t believe I forgot, when I posted about this brand last week, to include my favourite product from the range I was sent.

So, a quick review for the Avocado & Sour Orange Hand Scrub. If you’ve ever used the Crabtree & Evelyn La Source Hand Scrub (which seem to have mysteriously disappeared and been re-invented as a Gardener’s Hand Scrub which is bizarre as it was their best seller for many years), then this is very similar in texture and result but with an elevated olfactory experience.

The scent is a sharp orange and the oil is a blend of avocado, grapeseed, shea and sweet almond. The ‘scrub’ aspect is sugar. You may need to shake the tube to redistribute the sugar grains (guess who didn’t shake before snapping!). You get a blast of orange as you work the product over your hands and then a lovely softness after you’ve rinsed and dried. The scent doesn’t linger long so it’s more of an at-the-time experience but my hands are still soft from using it this morning. It’s £9.95 well spent I feel. It’s HERE.
