Miss Dior Bath & Body

I know that this was sent to me with Valentine’s Day in mind, but to be honest, I’m a big fan of upgrading the mundane every now and again without any occasion in mind. Deodorant just isn’t an exciting category, let’s face it, but if you can turn even that into a treat and a pleasure, then why not? It just feels like a lovely thing to do for yourself. I can remember buying an Anais Anais deodorant years ago and it was the first time I’d realised that a (properly) perfumed deodorant was even a thing. I loved using it and it genuinely felt special every time. I’m pretty sure they don’t work as effectively as your high street deodorants but the pleasure outweighed the performance issues.

Miss Dior Bath & Body

The same could be said of bath and shower gels – you can foam your bath for pennies really, but it’s more about feeling special and pampered that counts for so much more. Both the Miss Dior shower gel and deodorant (if you like the scent of Miss Dior) have all the credentials to lift your mood and feel deserving – Valentine definitely not required!

I have a Chanel No.5 bath foam that I have saved for ‘special’ for so long, it’s probably long past its sell by – this has reminded me to use it up as soon as possible and not save for best – if you’re going for it, use it, enjoy it and don’t stash it away! The Miss Dior Deodorant is £32 HERE and the Shower Foam is £36.50 HERE. Top tip though is to go for a soap – lasts so much longer than either of the others and comparatively feels like an absolute snip at £21! It’s HERE.
