ESPA Fitness Body Oil

[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] I could very well have done with this in Florence – I nearly exploded my step-counter with the amount of walking we did although I was pleased to offset the calories somewhat (the food was amazing). It can’t be considered on a par with over the counter muscle ache and pain busters – this is much more of post-exercise treat to bring a little heat to tired limbs.

ESPA Fitness Body Oil

I’m doing a lot of yoga at the moment and although I don’t get muscle aches to the same level that I used to because my flexibility has improved so much, this oil is a delightful apres-downward-dog soother. Plus, the smell will keep reminding you of your good works for a while – it’s a blend of lavender, clove and eucalyptus in a jojoba carrier that’s more spa scent than sports spray blast. It’s £34 HERE, non-affiliate HERE, and my initial thought was that it’s a great gift for exercising friends who have all the Lulu Lemon and re-usable water bottles already.

I love Espa products. This one sounds lovely. I’m doing a lot of yoga too, at home. I remember you mentioned that you were practising with Adriene. I’ve gone from no yoga to daily yoga with Adriene and its fantastic. She’s great. But I’ve also discovered Sarah Beth. She is also really good, particularly if you want to get off your wrists for a while. Her hands free classes are amazing. Youch for the legs but amazing.

Definitely a nice treat to self if you have yoga legs! I haven’t seen Sarah Beth but thank you for the recommendation. Adriene is a delight – I’m not doing so much with her at the moment because I have a real life teacher who comes to the house a couple of times a week for now. So far we’ve been able to use the garden so I’m hoping she’ll still be able to come now it’s colder and the rules don’t change.
