[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] I love the smell of coconut so this is SPF30 is right up my street – it’s very appropriately named Pina Colada. It’s such a long time since I actually drank a pina colada but Mr BBB has bought me a couple of cans for an outdoors meet up with girl friends I haven’t seen for 3 months later this week. So, pineapple and coconut are the theme of the week, it seems!

Coola Sport SPF30 Spray

Apart from the fact that it is organic, it’s an any-way spray so something that you don’t need to ask for help with when it comes to the hard-to-reach parts and also good if arm mobility is an issue. The thing that makes it ‘sport’ is that it is water resistant for 40 minutes or so (obviously, don’t swim the channel and do judge your sweat out-put – a gentle half hour jog is not the same as a major work out in the searing sun) but it doesn’t have the heaviness I associate with sport SPFs.

It’s quite pricey at £36 HERE, non affiliate HERE, but if you’re not welded to pina colada and don’t mind plain old coconut, you can find that and other variants for a bit less with some Googling. My thought is that it’s a handy thing to have on board for outings (sporting or otherwise) when a quick spritz is far easier than a full cream-style covering. It might be price-prohibitive for every day but there are definitely occasions when it’s going to be useful – and pina colada is a winner every time!
