Are there any festivals left or have we had them all? It does seem like odd timing from Anna Sui to bring out temporary tattoos when we’re heading away from summer when people can actually see them. I love a temp tat – can’t help it – and distinctly remember when Chanel did a set and someone complimented me on the ‘most beautiful tattoo they’d ever seen’, not even realising it was temporary.
The floral designs are super pretty – I only ever wear temporary tattoos on my inner wrist (or if it’s a bracelet design, around my wrist) and view them less as tattoos and more as body art. Every now and again Anna Sui does something quirky like this – despite the seasonal mis-match, I think when it’s chilly and we’re all in our polo necks, these butterflies and flowers are exactly the right things for a cheer-up, especially when the Victoriana trend is so strong for autumn.
It’s entirely my fault that I don’t know when they’re launching (uncanny ability to lose a press release moments after I’ve opened it) but they’ll be making an appearance on ASOS in due course.

I do love those rose designs, I like the idea of decorating my skin so I look like a cute porcelain tea pot or something haha! Too bad we don’t have long until we have to start covering up in jackets and jumpers.
