[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] Interestingly, this year, two of three of The Body Shop Advent Calendars are exactly the same as they were last year. It’s only the smallest one that’s been revamped.

So, there’s no point in me reviewing the medium and large sizes because they’re no different to last years as well as the fact that they’ve sold out! If you want to order this one, you’ll need to get a shift on.

I’m still a fan of the fact that The Body Shop puts facts about their ingredients on each box, and when it’s not that, it’s suggestions of how to make positive changes for both yourself and your community. Unbelievably, it doesn’t sound preachy, it just sounds rather lovely.

There’s a good variety of contents as you’d expect, with bottles being 60ml and hand/body products being a mix of 30ml and 50ml. I like the fact that The Body Shop remembers its core audience by including a Strawberry Shower Gel and a Satsuma Shower Gel – I mean, it would not be a proper Christmas without them :-). I’ll include a full list at the end.

I don’t see how you can go wrong with this – it’s pretty, it’s fun, it’s got products for every part of you and it’s got a value of £119 but is for sale at £59 HERE. I see that the brand has chosen not to include skin care that might be categorised as anti-ageing – it focuses more on bath and body and fun stuff like lip balm and sheet masks. I’d say it’s primed for the teen market but don’t let that stop you if you love a satsuma bath!
