I only belong to a (small) handful of Facebook groups, but one that I look at every single day without fail is Mrs Gloss & The Goss. Founded two years ago, it’s grown to a 75K+ strong membership and gets more every single day. It’s the place where anyone and everyone can (and does) chat about beauty in a friendly, non-judgemental environment whether it’s asking for advice on a new lip colour or for recommendations for a new foundation. The site is well moderated and has clear guidelines which ensures that it’s a positive place for all ages, all abililities and all tones to talk about your favourite beauty looks and products.
So, when I heard the site was putting together a beauty box it seemed such a natural fit. After all, they have 75K people saying what they do and don’t like – creating an edit from that place of knowledge is perfect. I’ve had a sneak peek at what’s in it – it’s £21.99 with £4.99 P&P but a value of over £100 – and it seems like such a good variety of products, all of which you can find a place for.
