Heathcote & Ivory Morris & Co Advent Calendar

As I’m only reviewing a selection of calendars and not every single one, I pulled this one out as a mentionable because one of my friends asked me if I could recommend something for her mother in law who was absolutely thrilled to be given a beauty advent last year. This calendar features two William Morris designs (Golden Lily and Strawberry Thief) that I think you might say have lost favour decoratively over the last couple of decades while we’re all madly painting everything grey and white. But, they’re certainly patterns that resonate with some and it’s most likely to be older generations.

I actually think it’s quite charming – and it’s certainly ticking boxes for some because John Lewis has sold out! Inside, it’s all about small size body treats – bath salts, hand creams, bath cubes and body wash.
