Youngblood Mineral Make-up Moulin Rouge Eye Quad

I’m relieved to see that Youngblood have pressed mineral powders – especially in their newest palette, Moulin Rouge, above which has some amazing colours. Either the rusty brown or the orange shade will make blue eyes pop, but they’re equally at home on brown.

The formula of the shadows is so soft – weightless on the eye – although there is a little bit of fall-out so you need a brush with good pick-up.
