Well, it cannot be said that Nails Inc aren’t trying to rectify the situation, but the most fascinating thing to come to light so far is the fact that it is Westminster Council legislation that states manicurists aren’t allowed to clean under customer’s nails. Which is why the nail technician handed me an orange stick and told me to do it myself.

that is so ridiculous – have you ever had a manicure in W1 that hasn’t cleaned under your nails? This girl must have been straight from college to adhere so strictly to this rule!

I’ve always found nails inc a bit rough and ready, but this takes the biscuit! i like nync for manicures in london.
