It’s taken me ages to test this product out – I’ve had Too Faced Hangover Primer hanging around for several weeks, but finally I’ve cracked it open and am full of regret that I didn’t do it sooner!
I’m not a regular primer user other than on my eye lids, so I never get used to a primer ‘look’ as such. So, I could see straight away that it made a difference in terms of skin smoothness. I used it under a very light foundation base (Perricone’s No Foundation Foundation) so it had extra work to do, and there is no doubt that my skin looks better for an undercoat of Too Faced Hangover Primer that it does without it.
As for the claims to promote radiance, promote elasticity, they’re harder to quantify, but it is definitely hydrating without being oily. In fact, there is no silicone in this so you don’t get that slippy feel, but skin does feel silkier. Too Faced Hangover Primer kept my foundation going (I don’t tend to lose it all that easily to be fair) all day and this product has been slipped into the ‘keep’ drawer.
What happens isn’t dramatic, but it’s enough to physically notice and I liked the effect. You can find it HERE for £27.
