TonyMoly at Cult

It’s been interesting to watch this very Korean brand roll out onto Cult Beauty. A few items at first, but now, quite a good selection. And, they haven’t horribly hiked the prices, either. TonyMoly represents the playful side of beauty – which isn’t to say that the products aren’t effective; they are – but honestly, WHO wouldn’t want a bunny face on their lip gloss?!

I order so many Korean products and TonyMoly was one of the first brands that really caught my eye – I think Cosmetic Candy might have started my TonyMoly addiction!

This brand is all of the fun, does what it’s supposed to do, and raises a smile every time. I’m all for happy! The balm is £8, the gloss is £12 and the mask is £16. It’s all HERE. My little collection of TonyMoly sits on my window sill; it’s easy to forget the fun in beauty when lipsticks cost £30+ and skincare very easily spills into the £100’s. I’m glad this range is accessible now for when we’re thoroughly fed up of the hype and need a moment’s silliness to balance things out.

Expect to see more of the Egg range from February – currently Cult are stocking only the Egg Pore Blackhead Steam Balm, but it’s all rolling out next month.

  1. Everything is utterly adorable! I haven’t tried any Korean brands yet, I honestly didn’t know where to begin. I will definitely be checking out the Tony Moly collection.

With all due respect they have hiked the prices. £6 per face sheet!!!! I bought mine on eBay for £2.50 each and free delivery.

  3. I LOVE this brand. Totally bought it for the packaging (and because I had a cult beauty voucher and wanted to spend it on something JOYFUL) but am super pleased by how it works. I have the choco mushroom mask and the apple hand cream. Honestly the apple packaging sparks more joy than any other beauty product I’ve ever bought and the product smells deliciously of apple flavoured sweeties! Marie Kondo eat your heart out!

Frankly if someone wants to go to Korea and source this FUNctional lushness and then mark up the price to reflect the work involved and, presumably, import taxes etc then I for one am happy to support them in their endeavour. It is still very affordable.

Thanks for this post, I need people to keep buying so tonymoly continues to be stocked!

I love Tony Moly but I also agree with Amanda, those are pretty hiked up prices! I normally get a Bunny Gloss Bar from eBay for around £3 with free shipping and samples. I know Cult are going to be paying import duties etc but that is still a large mark up.

  5. I’m a big fan of Tony Moly but buying directly from Korea is the best option. I’m not sure how they can charge £18 for a BB cream that is sold by most Korean sellers for around £7…

I do love the Tomatox mask! Effective and adorable packaging, but I also buy mine via Ebay or Korea directly.
Will be travelling to Korea soon, so I can go wild in skincare paradise directly!

  7. The trouble with those bunny lip glosses is that once you’ve used one up, it’s very hard to chuck them out because …well…have you SEEN those little faces??

But yes, definitely having a larf with that price hike. BeautynetKorea.com currently have two TonyMoly bunny glosses for a fiver with free shipping (takes about 10 days to get to the UK). Have ordered from them about 5 times with no problems.

Thank you for sharing the link to buy directly. I was looking for this exact information. I too, love Tony Moly products!

Thanks for that site Joanne because that works out even cheaper than eBay. Xx

I’m so excited to see TonyMoly become more accessible. I’ve wanted to try them for so long!
