thisworks Super Sleep

I don’t know a single soul who doesn’t love thisworks sleep sprays. This one is a double dose – on one side Deep Sleep Pillow Spray and on the other Sleep Plus Pillow Spray. I think this is a lovely thing for a guest room – it’s always hard to sleep at someone else’s house but also great for hotel stays – where it can be equally hard to sleep.

You might be asking how the sprays are different – apparently,  you use Deep Sleep  to fall asleep faster and Sleep Plus to help to stop waking in the night. My sleep varies so much – sometimes I have no trouble sleeping at all, and then other times, for weeks on end, I wake too early or I can’t drop off in the first place. Actually, I get a lot of mind racing and I’ve been recommended magnesium as something to counteract it – I’m taking the supplements but it’s too early to say if they’re doing anything.

If you have poor sleep patterns, I think anything is worth a try: thisworks make great blends that have rightfully earned them a reputation for being very helpful in this area. If I was going to be gifty with this, I’d probably pair it with a lovely, soft blanket (I have an M&S Fleece Throw which is amazing!). Super Sleep is £15 (HERE).

M&S Fleece Throws are HERE (£39.99) but check TKMaxx as well HERE because they always have amazing throws and blankets.

Perhaps try magnesium oil spray on your legs before bed rather than oral supplements. Apparently through the skin works great and it’s helped my other half with his restless legs. We use BetterYou brand x

I do have a magnesium spray but am taking magnesium supplements (I think they are Better You) so don’t want to over do but thankyou so much for the advice.

So how would you use it? Do you spray both scents onto your pillow?

I think you decide which is appropriate for your need but I don’t take too much notice of the marketing spin on this – I would say, just use whichever side you feel like and if that particular aromatherapy blend (it is good) triggers your senses to help you sleep it’s of no consequence which side!
