Honestly, this is the most strawberry-smelling product I have ever had the pleasure to sniff. As a general rule I don’t like strongly scented body products but you know when you smell something and it just makes you smile? Well that, with this. Nothing to do with a tenuous Wimbledon link here.. it arrived this morning and it’s just a lovely, summery body product that will hydrate and make you smell better than a Strawberry Mini-Milk lolly! Ha! I may be some use here. The Body Shop obtain their Strawberry oil from discarded seeds that they buy in bulk as a waste product from Jam manufacturers.
The body butter, with a patented production method, is mixed, then heated up to incredible temperatures and is thrown down a long tube that instantly cools it; creating the thick buttery texture without the use of emulsifiers.

I LOVE the idea that they use the products from waste…fits right in with my ethos! Plus I love the body shop anyway…but the strawberry…I’m not sure. Too sickly maybe?
