Tamanohada Good Fortune Fish Welcome Soap

Welcome Soap
Welcome Soap

I always get a little nervous relying on Google Translate for information, so I am sure I will stand corrected somewhere along the line. Tamanohada is a beautifully pared back Japanese bath and body brand; the soap above is – according to the Tamanohada site – a sea bream and is indicated as an auspicious sign; so can be given for marriage, moving house, births and any other celebratory event – a good fortune fish if you like.

I’ve found them at C O Bigelow in three variants; black (brown sugar), red (pomegranate) and white (lily). C O Bigelow ship to the UK, but they’re $45 each! You can find them HERE.
