I am SO excited at the news of a Shupette range for Shu Uemura. If you don’t know who Choupette is (see what they did there!), well, she is Karl Lagerfeld’s cat. Which is no more silly, I guess, than Marge Simpson for MAC. But, judging from the illustration above, it is going to look absolutely beautiful. I loved the Mon Shu range for Shu Uemura by Karl Lagerfeld in 2012 for being quirky and breathing life into a make-up season where there wasn’t a lot of fun going on. Anything creative, beautifully packaged and innovative gets my attention straight away. So, while Choupette is probably the world’s most pampered cat (rumours are that she has her own maid) I think this is going to be visually, at least, utterly lovely.
According to WWD.com, we can expect furry lashes. Erm!
