Scented Biscuits

Scented Biscuits

Delicious though they look, you can’t eat these scented biscuits from Mathilde M. They’re designed to gently perfume linen drawers, wardrobes or anywhere you’d like really – there’s a range of different fragrances but personally, I’d opt for Cotton Flower which seems just about perfect for bed linen.

I’m trying not to imagine having my drawers rifled though and someone thinking I’m a secret biscuit hoarder, though! They’re £12.50 HERE. I imagine they’re made from some sort of clay that absorbs and releases perfume.. there are also some scented baby shoes.. questionable!!

I honestly cannot decide whether I like this idea or not. xD
At first I thought they were edible biscuits, but now I’m just confused as to why I would keep them in my drawers in that particular shape? Are they crumbly? 🙂

Don’t know if it’s just me, but I can’t actually see anything on the picture other than black, a monogram in the top right corner and more black…?

  3. I actually thought that this was an edible biscuits until you mentioned not to eat it. Haha. Love to have it.

I think any parent of under 10’s should steer clear of these, as they really do look good enough to eat. I do kind of wonder who you’d have a scented clay item like this rather than another less food like design, but it’s certainly novel, and quite different from a lavender sachet for your knicker drawer.

I only see a mostly black picture, too. Is there something wrong?

  6. Haha biscuit hoarder! Interesting product x

  7. These tickle me! I’ve been meaning to get a scented something or other for my wardrobe and this looks like it’ll do the trick!
