Rouge Bunny Rouge Quartz Eyeliner Devotion Ink

I absolutely love eyeliner, but am usually much happier with a pencil liner than a liquid. However, this liner from RBR is so gentle and easy to use that I’m an easy convert. The one I have is Tiger Eye Essence – it is massively shimmery! The difference between this and regular glitter liners is that it uses 24 carat gold and polished copper with a black ink liquid base, giving it an almost khaki gold look. At £27 – which I consider to be a huge amount for a liner – it doesn’t last as long as it should do (I feel it should last the week at that price!), but will easily see you through an evening. There was a little bit of fall out of miniscule gold particles but overall, it’s a stunning product. It comes in a regular liquid liner pot with a little bit of the signature RBR embellishment and the brush is medium fine. The product is fluid and feels feather light on the skin – but seriously – it’s mega-watt sparkle in such a sophisticated format that it really is a step up from other liners.

  1. I have the same eyeliner in the same shade and I love it. 🙂 It’s really easy to use and I’m just a beginner when it comes to applying liquid liner. 🙂

Sounds great but ouch at the price!!

  3. I have been tempted by this for such a long time. I’ve seen swatches and it’s stunning. It’s a stretch though so I’m putting it off until the right moment (i.e. when someone wants to buy it for me, along with the Chantecaille palette 😉 ). However, I noticed there was a new Lilac version. The temptation is getting to me!
