I think Revlon eye liners are under-rated – they’re brilliant and I have found them to be long-lasting as well. I have mid-brown eyes and blue really enhances them. I’ve used this tight into the upper lash line with (lash extension friendly) black mascara and then used the white end to brighten the inner corners. I think it’s a great little addition to my stash and quite a bargain at £5.99 HERE.
