Already launched in the States, I love the black quilty-coat wrapping this ultra-creamy formulation is in. It won’t be long before it is on our shelves too – the consistency feels very moisturising (I only managed a swipe on the back of the hand so can’t say how lasting it is, or indeed if it transfers too easily as some creamy lipsticks do) and has a high sheen, glossy finish that you’d expect more from a gloss rather than a stick. Anyway, I’m impressed with its sophisticated look – just a simple, elegant quilt effect on the casing has turned a mid price lipstick into something that looks far more expensive.

Oh just the packaging makes me want!

Revlon’s PR gave me a sample of this the other day and really impressed too – the one I tried actually was not very glossy at all, more like a balm texture and feel. (So yes very moisturizing.) Really liked how sheer the colour was too.
It also has Revlon engraved on the bullet – fancy! I’m sure all this stuff is made at the same factories.
