So, this is what happens when I’m left unattended on YesStyle. I couldn’t resist buying this mini fridge stocked with mini make up pieces from Korean brand, Peripera. For collectors, it’s part of the Dal Dal collection and for the life of me I can’t get to the bottom of what that is. Everyone who has seen it so far (it’s in my kitchen) has exclaimed how sweet it is and they can’t believe it’s real make up.
As you can see, there are two water tints for cheeks (I love a water tint because they give such a fresh and natural cheek look), and three inks for varying purposes. Super cute and very fun. There is a very big ‘but’ coming… read on.
As well as the make up, you get all sorts of fridge accompaniments, such as shelves, ‘eggs’, tins with stickers that you can add and ‘ice’. So, I’m game for that up to a point but as it turns out, none of the cans or bottles actually fit into the shelves at all and once the shelves are in, the make up doesn’t fit in it either. Massive design fail.
One shelf was the best I could do – oh and the eggs! By this time I felt I’d spent too long on it so had to get on with the rest of my life. If you can bear the errors and are happy not to bother with the shelving, it’s really cute, but if you’re a stickler for things sitting nicely, it will drive you mad. It’s £17 HERE. (Actually, while I was finding the link I spotted that the promo picture can’t even get half the stuff in!
