Okay, So You Hate Your Nose

Never fear, all you need to do is go to Japan and pick up one of these handy gadgets to help you love your nose again. 

Meet Exhibit A: The Nose Butterfly. This might or might not work for you if you feel your nose is too flat. And, bargain of bargains, it’s only $58.

Exhibit B:Beauty Lift High Nose. You might want this if your nose doesn’t do a cute turn-up. Or on the other hand, you might just get a life. There’s a little bit more to this one than just excruciating pinching.. apparently, if you use for three minutes a day, the buzzing will do the trick in giving you an upturn in no time at all.

    The sad thing is beauty sections of Asian (that’s oriental to UKers) are rife with claims of 13 year old girls insisting that these things work if you sleep with them overnight. What I think is happening is that their cartilage started growing. I used to have a flat nose when I was a kid and after puberty it became more defined. I think it’s quite common.

    From a medical point of view I don’t quite see how one can shape cartilage using pressure from some clips.

    Anyone else think the second one looks like C3-P0 in touch with his feminine side? Come to think of it I had a facial steamer that looked a bit like R2-D2. A prize for anyone who can find a blackhead remover that looks like Ewan McGregor

    lmao, this is bloody hilarious! I swear I actually know someone who used to do this with hair clasps/claws (whatever you call ’em) because she thought her nose was too wide! lol
