Being a nude nail lover, I am besotted with this Pro Collection in Nude from Maybelline New York and as nude shade edit it is one of the strongest collections I’ve seen for just about ever. I first tried one of the shades before Christmas when David Barton did a duo-colour thing on my nails, David is the man responsible for bringing some life back into my nails although I don’t get to see him nearly as often as I’d like, and he is also in demand to tend the nails of every fashionista in town – just try getting him during fashion week! He has specially selected these beautiful shades for Maybelline and you can definitely see a fashion influence – the shades look couture and endlessly elegant. Ivory Rose, Taupe Couture and Nude Rose are out now, while Rosey Sand and Rose Poudre launch in March. At £4.09 per bottle, I cannot wait to start teaming Taupe Couture with a neon lime or shocking pink tip. Fabulous.

I had one of these a while back but I don’t think it was pro. It was a lovely sheer nude colour. I actually really like Maybelline polishes!
