ModelsOwn HyperGel is, as you might suspect, a gel-effect polish. I absolutely love the new shades, but the gel effect isn’t amazing and doesn’t seem different enough from regular polish to come under the gel ‘effect’ category. However, if you disregard that, the new colour line up is the perfect autumn winter edit – the kinds of colours you just can’t wait to get on your nails! I’m wearing Hot Chocolate right now, and it’s an almost heathery chocolate shade that I don’t think I’ve ever seen before.
Shades from bottom to top are: Hot Chocolate, Sweet Sherry, Everyday Grey and Teal, but there is a selection of 13 to pick from. At £4.99 each, I don’t really care if they look ‘gel-ish’ or not (I have plenty of gel top coats to do that job), and it’s really more about the colours for me this time. Gorgeous.
