I love a brand with a sense of humour; Model’s Own Car Key goes up against Chanel’s Khaki collection with three shades; Grace Green, Becca’s Brown and Purple Ash – all spectacular dupes of the designer brand. They’re a fiver each at Boots from October. Love it.
Once the set arrives with me – hopefully tomorrow – I will do a photo comparison.

Those colours aren’t quite identical – they actually are rather nicer in my view.
Models Own don’t have the greatest swatches on their website and the colours in the bottle are almost always lighter/darker than what you actually get, so who knows whether they’re decent dupes or not…but I love ’em! Nice that they can have a giggle!

I am a BIG fan of Models Own polishes, I’ve just purchased 2 Metallic Mauve and Fuzzy Peach and defintely shall be investing in this hilarious collection!
Has anyone else seen how much the Chanel Khaki collection is going for on ebay…ridiculous amounts of money. Im a beauty junkie and will justfy £16.50 on a chanel varnish if i reallllllly like it…but these badboys are going for well into the hundred for 3…and that’s a stretch too far for me. It will be interesting to see how these dupes will do? From the pics im not 100% convinced i prefer these colours…but hey…for £15 for the 3…i’ll give ’em a damn good try 🙂
