As a pre-cursor to the Star Wars Collection (December), comes the Max Factor Velvet Volume Mascara launching in November. It’s billed as a mascara that won’t make your lashes feel crispy and brittle. True enough, it has a softer texture than most (thanks to a glycerine and beeswax mix) that doesn’t make your lashes feel that they could snap at any moment. However, volumising, it is not. Funnily enough, I don’t mind this – massive lashes aren’t for everyone and there is definitely a market for a mascara that defines without giving enormous, over-coated lashes. It’s a subtle mascara that looks and feels very natural, making lashes look darker and longer without the fatness. I’m currently wearing three coats and my lashes still feel soft.
Max Factor Velvet Volume Mascara is £11.99.

See I like a full fat volumising mascara. For me natural mascaras don’t do anything, if I want to look natural might as well not wear any mascara.
I can’t wait for this to come out so that I can try it. I do love natural looking lashes for everyday wear.

Depending on how old you are …. I was a massive fan of Mary Quant Lash Tint. Darkens your lashes but doesn’t make them look cloggy! Loved it. If this is similar I’ll be very very happy !!
