Max Factor don’t have a whole heap of new launches, but when they do, it’s usually pretty good. I’m eyeing up the Max Factor Colour Elixir Intensifying Balm which has already hit Boots.
The USP of Max Factor Colour Elixir Intensifying Balm is that it’s a balm with the colour intensity of lipstick – yes please! Usually with coloured balms, the focus is on the balm aspect so the colour is more diluted – personally, this is right up my street, but for those who want balminess and a whole smack of colour as well, it’s looking rather perfect. There are 9 shades available.
