I think if you’ve got stuck for a gift for that tricky someone, the Marc Jacobs Honey Necklace is a bit of a life saver. It’s managed to be old fashioned and fashion forward at the same time which makes it a rare thing – suitable for young and old.

The only thing I think is a little strange is that it’s in a stripy butterfly shape when the fragrance is all about honey – I kind of expected a bee. Or is it a bee? I can’t actually tell anymore I’ve stared at it for so long!

Inside, the fragrance is set in solid form so you can dab on the go. It’s really sweet. The perfume itself is lovely – fruity with pear and mandarin and then floral all the way down to a honey and vanilla base. It’s just a happy smelling perfume. I’ve spotted that Escentual have it for £28.90 HERE against RRP of £34.

I’m not usually a huge fan of gold jewellery – but I loved the look of this even before I saw that it had the solid perfume inside. What I perfect gift. Now I just have to convince someone to buy one for me 😉

It’s gorgeous. And you’re right, it does look like a butterfly…a butterfly with honey bee stripes. There’s no way this is ever going to be available in India so I think my chances of getting my hands on it are nil…sigh 🙁
Great idea for a Christmas present,as I have the scent and it is lovely. and I have enjoyed reading your brilliant informative blog this year!
