Makeup Revolution Mermaids vs Unicorns

I’ll be swatching the Makeup Revolution Mermaids vs Unicorns palette over the weekend, but for now I thought I’d give you a quick heads up on the details. After endless nude inspired palettes, MUR have gone all out on colour for this one – if you love a vibrant eye look, this one is all yours!

The green-to-blue end is all about the Mermaid, while the pink-to-purple end of the palette is Unicorn. It’s like your dream experiment palette come true! I’m thinking about all the colours I don’t dare to wear or never experiment with (drawers full of nudes at BBB HQ), and at £4, I’d happily give them all practice run.

I’d definitely use most of the shades as a powder liner – that intense blue for a kick off is not unlike the Dior It Liner in blue.

If you haven’t tried Make Up Revolution Redemption palettes before, I swear by them for incredible value for money – I like the quality; it’s not Chanel, but it’s not pretending to be either. Their formulas are soft and blendable (chuck away the sponge applicator) and at the price I can’t fault them.

So, which are you? A Mermaid or a Unicorn?

The Makeup Revolution Mermaids vs Unicorns Redemption Palette launches Friday (12th December) HERE.

Unicorn I think, might just be a hybrid,as being female can’t quite make up my mind. It’s lovely.

If you’re asking about the palette I’d use every shade on there. Dark hair & hazel eyes I’d get away with it I think. If you’re asking what would I rather meet – that would have to be unicorn!! 😉
