MakeUp Revolution Colour Chaos Swatches

It’s here at last! The MakeUp Revolution Colour Chaos palette – it’s so hot off a ship it’s probably still got its life-jacket on! With 18 shadows in ultra-bright shades (as usual a mix of matte and shimmer) if you’re experimental with your eye colours, then you’re going to love it.

With some bright palettes, the shades look far more exciting in the pan than on the skin, but in swatches, most of the shades translated really well in terms of brightness – the bottom row slightly less so than the top two rows. Shade names for the top two rows from left to right are: Gleam, Wkd, Tom Tom (my favourite shade), Pink Obsessed, On A Mission, Over-bored. Needed to.., Me Three, Do It Now, Toxic Apple-tini, Ammunition, Deliver Me. The final row is Super Y, My Demons, TipX, I Said Go!, Beyond Real and Calm Me Down.

Swatches are done with one swipe of the sponge applicator, so they’re completely buildable to a higher intensity (if you dare!). MakeUp Revolution Colour Chaos is £6 HERE.

Wow, they are super pigmented! Can you imagine the intensity when paired with a primer? :O

  2. Oh wow! what beautiful, vibrant colours! I’ve actually been looking at Make up Rev’s stuff just today online. I think I need these.

Those are amazing, I really like the blue in the first row (WKD) as it goes with about half of my wardrobe. 🙂

Wow. Not really too sure how I can fit these into my day to day, but for £6?! Why not!

I don’t understand, why is there a distinction in the square shades and the round ones? I thought it might be division based on matte and shimmer but that doesn’t seem to be it. Is it just randomly arranged that way?

The shades are vibrant and so fun. They remind me of Acid Brights with a few added extras, though I’m more swayed towards this for the better packaging x
