More Revolution (and I haven’t even started on the advent calendar!). These perspex colour boxes are fab – it can’t have been missed by anyone that they’re not dissimilar to last year’s NARS gifts, except these are £7. Inside Makeup Revolution Colour Blocks, you’ll find a lipstick, a gloss and a nail polish.

There are two shades – red or pink – to choose from (not sure why there aren’t more… I mean.. come on guys!) because when it comes to gifting inexpensively, these are some of the best I’ve seen (and I’ve been looking at Christmas offerings since July, don’t forget). If you’ve used anything from this brand, you’ll know that the quality is great for the money – unlike other budget brands, there is no slacking on pigment so you’ll really get the perfect pay-off. I work quite closely with Makeup Revolution and know they’re not skimpy, but you don’t get the ‘weight’ I suppose you could say, in the packaging that you would with a luxury brand. If you have a ton of nieces/cousins/BFFS/colleagues to buy for, I can’t see how anyone would be unhappy with one of these.

The Makeup Revolution Colour Blocks have already launched on Superdrug HERE.
