Every year MAC release their trend forecast palettes for the coming autumn. Above, the eye palette contains (from palest going clockwise): Oyster, Rustic red, Smoked Indigo, Purple Fusion, Oil Slick Black and Scarab Green.

It’s a very moody selection but perfect for deep smokies and the kind of palette that you’ll use again and again if you like dark eyes.

For lips, it’s a mix of creamy neutrals and deep, vampy shades. From the top lightest going clockwise: Au Naturelle, Rich New Mood, Red Statement, Fashion Noise, Style Apparent and This Is Autumn.

    Gorgeous colours, both the eyeshadow palette and the lipstick, however, it feels a bit gloomy as we haven’t had a proper spring yet and they’re already advertizing their autumn collection!
