L’Oreal Paris is approaching spring with four milkshake hues; lighter than light but with a hint of pastel trend colours. I love the way this has been presented – in context with other colour spectrum shades and that’s exactly what they need because on their own, they seem super-pale. They’ve also french tipped the shades in white in the promo pictures and while I realise it’s near impossible to do unless you are super-good at nails, I think they look amazing.

I’m pretty sure that the lilac hue is going to take the medal – in some lights it’s grey, in some it’s the palest of lilac. Running through the shade names, the hint of yellow is Lemon Meringue, the hint of green is Pistachio Drage and the hint of peach is Peach Neglige. The finish is not high shine – and not matte either – it falls into the newish nail category of a porcelain finish. They launch February for £4.99 each.

The packaging reminds me of YSL nail polishes; very chic. I’m most curious about the lilac and green shade.
Gorgeous! The lilac is definitely my favourite! I love these polishes, they make fab gifts too because the packaging is lovely!

I didn’t used to be a pastels person but these are so pretty. I’m drawn to the yellow and green.
I still can’t deal with the price of these for the bottle size. Just can’t my head around it!
