L’Oreal Mythic Oil: Mythic Oil Mist & Mythic Oil Colour Glow Oil

A while ago, I had a lovely wash and blow dry at RUSH using the Mythic Oil hair care range. I love Rush salons and on the very rare occasions I go for a blow dry, I always try and go there.. have never had a bad one. At the big one on Piccadilly they have massage chairs to lie in while your hair is washed and I can’t decide if it’s like being touched up on the tube (bad) or kind of sexy in its way (good). It is, of course, optional.

Anyway, the Mythic Oil range is delicious. It’s another one that claims the Argan content, but it’s just a tiny drop in the ocean of other ingredients, and is forgivable because it doesn’t make any claims on the back of the Argan content and nor is it called Mythic Argan Oil which would be totally misleading. It is the other oils that do the work in this shine making product, and they include Passiflora Oil, Linseed Oil and Cranberry Oil as well as Royal Jelly. There’s no question that the products added shine to my hair so on that level, it’s a big old tick.

What’s new to the Mythic range is Colour Glow Oil, £15.95, for coloured hair, A big advantage is that it contains a UV filter so it is perfect for summer hair that is showing signs of frazzle, and Mythic Oil Milk, £15.95, that’s great for detangling and anti-frizz. All in all, really impressed with the range. You can find it HERE

This looks lush. I’m not too keen on the hair oil scene as some simply boast about the products they contain but don’t actually do anything. Might have to get this though if it’s as good as you say!
