Laura Mercier Autumn 09: Fresco Collection

I love Laura Mercier make up…but am especially liking this Fresco collection because I do actually understand what she’s getting at. Everything about these terracotta variations says Italy to me. Unlike the majority of collections inspired by all kinda weird stuff that doesn’t really relate at all to the make up – and I always end up wondering if it’s just me that doesn’t get it – this really captures the spirit of the original inspiration. And, peachy, corally shades are universally flattering. Every way you look at it, this collection is a winner.
