Lancome Christmas!

Pinpointing exactly why I’ve got such a weakness for make up, Lancome’s beautiful seasonal collection is a complete winner. The stand out product is obviously the Sparkling Cherub Sheer Warming Illuminating Powder, etched with a deliciously plump cherub and designed give skin a gorgeously glowing and radiant look, but I’m also taken with the Glossy Plum Color Fever Gloss in plum/red that bridges a gap between the gothic, vamp-noire shades currently scaring the life out of me and the slew of anodyne, every day mauve/pinks. There’s also an updated Oscillation – Oscillation Sparkles; two limited edition shades of mascara – one gold and one sparkling silver to wear alone or (better, I think) to highlight the tips of already black lashes. It’s all on counter on 1st November.

Love the cherubian delight on offer for the Noel season this year. Very Dickensian, don’t you think? I’m seeing fire-lit hearths, evergreen garland, snow-lined windows. Um… can’t wait for Christmas.
