I know that there are thousands of fans of Kringle candles – I seem to remember they became extremely hard to find a while ago, but rest assured, the brand is now very much available. I’ve got the Kringle Spellbound Candle here which is rich and sweet. The notes are listed as fruit, floral, citrus, mandarin, currant, mimosa, jasmine, vanilla and musk, but you know what it reminds me of? Fruit Salad sweeties, and it’s given me a proper craving for them!
I haven’t put a match to this yet – I’m not sure how much I want my house flooded with notes that make me want to rush out and buy candy – but I know from experience that Kringle candles are generous with their sillage. If you love those happy, sugary-florals, then it’s definitely one to look out for.
As you might expect, Kringle Christmas candles have started to roll in – there’s a Frosted Cranberry and a couple of evergreen scents with a very festive theme (baubles and reindeer!). But the one I think will be a winner is Hot Chocolate, with marshmallows and everything – this is going to have you wishing the Milk Tray Man would burst through your window. You can find it here, along with all the other Kringles for £22.
