Kiko Multi Effect Lacquer

So, not a new idea from Kiko but nicely executed; a new range of ten polish duos each giving three options. At one end, an intense, deep shade, at the other a lighter coating that would go on the nail if used alone as a wash of colour. I’ve swatched them with the wash colour first (except on the darkest one as I couldn’t tell which end was which til it was too late!) then the deep shade and finally the effect when the wash is used over the deep.

I think they’re quite effective – more a nuance effect than a full on colour change – but the polish is very glossy and also even the darker shades seem ‘bright’ somehow. These are £5.90 each. They don’t seem to have names.. and I like a product with a name.. but I guess all that means is you can make up your own.
