This is such a fab investment if you don’t want to spend a fortune on new sparkly shadows that you’ll only use at Christmas. It’s a top coat that literally transforms your mattes to shimmers.

I’ve used a big splodge here but obviously you only need a tiny little bit for your shadows to start catching the light.

that is so pretty! What kind of texture is it and how do you apply it?
It’s like a cream and you can use a brush – I used fingers but wouldn’t advise that necessarily!
