These shadows from Kat Von D at Sephora are definitely a sign of things to come in the make-up market. Although duochrome eye colours aren’t anything new, there is a resurgence in interest in new pigmentation technologies that move multi dimensional colours to a new level. What is most interesting about these shadows is that they are activated by water; and to my knowledge, that is new. Although I am sure I will soon hear different if I am wrong!
