Here’s a little look at the brand new Joan Collins beauty line. How utterly, utterly glamorous! I’ve got products to swatch and try on their way to me as I write, but in the meantime I wanted to show you the nail polish bottles which are what grabbed my attention in the first place. They’re so Hollywood glam and remind me of the original Coty nail polish bottles with their long handles. The original 1950’s Coty bottles had shorter tops but were still all about that elongated bottle style – very vintage New York – very Flat Iron Building, in fact. The above set is £25 (there’s a QVC show at 2pm tomorrow (Tuesday) but it’s all on-line right now if you’re in an art-deco Joanie mood.

Loving the retro feel, it is very Joan Collins. I like the shade colour as well
OMG I would love to get some of the nail polishes just for the bottles! Very retro glam, that reminds me of the first bottles of polish I ever saw which were the Cutex brand and the polish was baby pink.
