The most interesting news for Guerlain Spring 2014 is that Meteorites is being reformulated to make it more brightening and glowy – apparently it’s easier for the brush to pick up as well as the spheres are softer. I don’t have it so can’t vouch for that bit. Other than that news, it’s all a bit un-exciting really.
After the incredible Crazy Paris collection, it looks a little bit like nobody made much of an effort for Spring! The Stardust Maxi Shine is nice enough but it’s just a shimmery gloss, and the same for the nail polish.. I feel like I’ve seen hundreds of these already.
I do love the lipstick though in Insolence which is very vibrant and wearable – I can see how you might want to tone down lips and nails and how it might tie together, but where the eyeshadows fit in, I don’t know.
