You’ll see in a moment or two why I should never be left alone with a liquid liner – I’ll apologise in advance for the wobbliest swatches ever! I just can’t get to grips with this technique but to be honest, I’m quite happy doing it with a kohl pencil which is lucky! So, the new GOSH Xtreme Liquid Gel Liners in 10 shades are built to last liners in mattes and sheens. They’ve got a very fine tipped felt type nib, so you probably don’t want to have your coffee before you apply!
See what I mean! Starting from bottom to top, shades are: Royal Blue (matte), Lavender (sheen), Gunmetal (sheen), Turquoise (sheen), Silver (sheen), Bronze (sheen), Plum (sheen), Black Night (sheen), Black (matte). It’s a strange bunch – some of the colours really do have impact – others, such as Silver and Lavender, could hardly fall into any Extreme category pigment wise.
The GOSH Xtreme Liquid Gel Liners are tested on my arm only – in particular the blue was a devil to get off, so the claim that they last well seems to ring true. I’d put these in the ‘quick fling’ category – satisfying briefly. They’re £5.99 each from 11th February.

I’m not one to wear bright eyeliner – but I do quite like to look of the last 4 darker shades. Now the look like the kind of colours I would wear. Although not very extreme
